Job Description

Credentialing Coordinator

Responsible for handling all aspects of credentialing for all individual providers and site/groups within Randolph Medical

Associates, Randolph Specialty Group Practice and any additional Affiliates. Must have the ability to organize and prioritize

work and manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Candidate should be detail

orientated, must have the ability to research and analyze data while working independently with minimal supervision.

Intermediate level of knowledge of provider, facility and practice credentialing. Ability to organize and coordinate

assignments independently. Strong communications, interpersonal time management, organizational skills.

High level of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy in interacting with providers, staff and insurance carriers required.

Minimum of three (3) years experience with health care billing/credentialing in an outpatient health care setting.

Previous credentialing experiences a plus.
