Job Description

Head of Membership, Infinity

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Membership, Infinity in United States.

In this role, you will own the supply-side growth engine of an exclusive private home exchange network designed for high-value second-home owners. You will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and activating premium homes through curated ambassador channels, strategic partnerships, and AI-powered acquisition systems. Acting as both a sales leader and program builder, you will drive a high-velocity pipeline while maintaining a strict quality bar for every activated property. The position blends luxury membership growth, hands-on sales execution, and scalable systems design. You will work directly with high-net-worth homeowners and affinity groups, representing a premium, trust-first brand experience. This is a fast-paced, quota-driven role where performance, precision, and judgment are equally critical.

Accountabilities:

• Own the end-to-end supply pipeline by managing ambassador sourcing, homeowner referrals, and strategic partnerships through structured stages, ensuring consistent activity volume and high-quality activations.
• Drive performance discipline with clear monthly targets across outreach, intake conversations, and activated homes, operating with sales-level rigor, forecasting cadence, and conversion accountability.
• Build, scale, and optimize an invite-only Ambassador Program focused on community engagement, education, and recognition to ensure high-quality participation and conversion.
• Design and implement AI-powered acquisition workflows including enrichment, scoring, personalization, and automated outreach to scale supply growth efficiently.
• Identify and close strategic group partnerships with luxury networks, professional organizations, and ownership clubs to unlock high-density supply channels.
• Lead intake and qualification conversations with high-net-worth homeowners, ensuring strong brand representation and rigorous vetting against quality standards.
• Continuously improve the application-to-activation funnel by enhancing conversion rates, reducing friction, and balancing automation with high-touch engagement.

Requirements:
• 4–8+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, growth, or membership programs within luxury, high-end consumer, or invite-only environments.
• Proven success in quota-carrying or activity-driven roles with consistent achievement of monthly pipeline and outcome targets.
• Experience building or scaling referral, ambassador, channel, or community-based acquisition programs with measurable business impact.
• Strong track record of closing partnerships or group-level deals end-to-end, including prospecting, structuring, and activation.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools or designing AI-enabled workflows to improve sourcing, qualification, or operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth individuals with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong operator mindset with ability to balance high-volume execution, structured pipeline management, and strategic program building.
• Background in luxury real estate, hospitality, private membership networks, or similar high-end ecosystems is a plus.

Benefits:
• Competitive base salary with meaningful equity participation.
• Discretionary time off with flexible work arrangements.
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
• Wellness and lifestyle benefits, including memberships and subscriptions supporting health and wellbeing.
• 401(k) retirement savings plan.
• Paid parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers.
• Home office stipend plus monthly internet and phone reimbursement.
• Ongoing learning, development, and quarterly team gatherings.
• Inclusive, equity-driven culture with strong commitment to diversity and belonging.
