Requirements

This role requires a seasoned enterprise sales leader with strong experience in employer-facing healthcare or benefits solutions, ideally within mental or behavioral health or related digital health sectors. The ideal candidate combines a hunter mentality with strategic discipline and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including leadership roles in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Proven track record of generating new pipeline and closing large enterprise deals in employer benefits, healthcare, or digital health markets
  • Deep understanding of mental health or behavioral health ecosystem, including EAPs, digital therapy, and competitive vendor landscape
  • Experience working with consultants, brokers, health plans, and self-insured employers
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, with ability to translate complex value propositions into clear ROI narratives
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate within existing sales organizations without creating channel conflict
  • Strong analytical thinking, CRM discipline, and forecasting accuracy
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity and evolving market dynamics

  • Remote-first and flexible work environment with autonomous scheduling
  • Unlimited discretionary PTO and paid company holidays
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Retirement savings plan (401k) and financial advisory services

  • Access to digital mental health and wellness programs, including therapy sessions
