This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing and visual storytelling, where design directly drives measurable business outcomes. You will create high-impact visual assets across paid social, display advertising, email campaigns, landing pages, and direct mail, all optimized for conversion and iterative testing. Embedded within a fast-moving marketing team, you will collaborate closely with growth, lifecycle, and performance stakeholders to translate data-driven hypotheses into compelling creative executions. The position demands both speed and craft, balancing high-volume production with strong attention to brand consistency and design quality. You will also play a key role in building scalable design systems and modular templates that enable rapid experimentation across channels. This is a highly collaborative, data-informed environment where creative decisions are continuously shaped by performance insights.

Accountabilities:
  • Design and produce high-performing creative assets across paid social, display advertising, email marketing, landing pages, and direct mail campaigns.
  • Translate performance hypotheses and testing strategies into distinct, channel-specific creative variations optimized for conversion.
  • Build and maintain modular design systems and templates to enable scalable, repeatable marketing execution.
  • Develop email design frameworks supporting A/B testing, lifecycle campaigns, and segmented audience communications.
  • Own direct mail creative execution, ensuring alignment with production constraints, print specifications, and campaign goals.
  • Maintain and evolve visual brand consistency across all marketing channels, proactively identifying and correcting design drift.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, growth, and lifecycle teams to support rapid experimentation and performance optimization.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in visual or performance-driven design, ideally within marketing, growth, or digital product environments.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating multi-channel design work across paid social, display, email, and landing pages with measurable impact.
  • Strong systems thinking with experience building scalable design systems, templates, and reusable assets.
  • Ability to design effectively under constraints while maintaining creativity, clarity, and performance focus.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working alongside marketers, product managers, and non-design stakeholders.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, with strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere).
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email implementation is a plus.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, data-driven environments with rapid iteration cycles.
  • Interest in AI tools and their application in modern visual design workflows.
Benefits:
  • Total cash compensation ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 USD per year, based on experience and location.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions.
  • Flexible PTO policy with generous paid time off and holiday benefits.
  • Paid parental bonding leave program.
  • Flexible spending accounts and disability insurance coverage.
  • Employee assistance program and wellness support resources.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact, performance-driven marketing for a leading financial platform.
  • Remote or hybrid flexibility depending on location (East Coast preference for hybrid roles).
