Senior Product Designer in India at Jobgether

In this role, you will shape end-to-end user experiences for complex, data-driven fintech products that directly impact how financial institutions evaluate and serve their customers. You will work in a fast-paced, AI-enabled product environment where experimentation, rapid prototyping, and iterative design are part of the daily workflow. The position involves close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to transform ambiguous problem spaces into clear, scalable design solutions. You will be expected to take ownership of user experience design across key workflows, from discovery to high-fidelity implementation. A strong focus is placed on turning insights into actionable design decisions that improve usability, trust, and efficiency. This is a highly collaborative role where your work will directly influence product strategy and customer outcomes at scale.

• Define and own end-to-end user experience across key product workflows and journeys
• Create UX artifacts such as user flows, journey maps, wireframes, sketches, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Translate ambiguous feedback from users and stakeholders into structured design hypotheses and solutions
• Proactively identify product friction points and propose UX improvements before they are assigned
• Use AI-powered tools to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate design concepts
• Deliver Figma-ready, developer-handoff designs with clear structure and minimal ambiguity
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure feasibility and high-quality implementation
• Support and maintain consistency across design systems and product UI patterns

• 3–5 years of product design experience with strong ownership of end-to-end product work
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma with production-ready, component-based design capability
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for rapid prototyping and design exploration
• Strong understanding of UX principles including user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interaction design
• Ability to work independently with ambiguity and convert unclear inputs into structured solutions
• Strong communication skills to present, defend, and align on design decisions with stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile environments; familiarity with fintech or enterprise products is a plus
