Packaging Line Operator - Tier 1
Location: Farmingdale, NJ  
Employment Type: Full-Time/On Site 
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM (2nd Shift)
Pay Rate: $16.75-$18.75 per hour

Position Summary
Pack finished product in accordance with standard packaging procedures, while maintaining quality standards and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities
• Work at different stations as production requires.
• Inspect, weigh, and package products.
• Monitor flow of product into processing machinery.
• Verify compliance with quality, safety, production standards, work rules, and
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work closely with Quality Control for room clearance and approvals.
• Show a desire and willingness to learn and succeed.
• Complete all required training activities.
• Demonstrate a commitment to the organization by maintaining regular, on-site attendance, act in a reliable manner and follow-through on responsibilities.

Qualifications
Physical Requirements
• Ability to walk manufacturing floors for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to wear required PPE and work in production environments.

Work Environment
This position operates in a manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, forklifts, chemicals, and varying temperatures. Appropriate PPE must be worn when entering production areas.
