Overview
Culligan Quench is seeking a part-time Office Coordinator to support day-to-day office operations and help create a welcoming experience for employees, visitors, and business partners. This role supports the Office Manager and assists with office administration, event coordination, and workplace organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and candidates.
    Serve as a helpful resource for employees and external partners, providing timely and professional support.
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of the lobby, conference rooms, kitchen, and common office areas.
  • Order, track, and replenish office and kitchen supplies.
  • Coordinate logistics for office events, meetings, employee celebrations, and food deliveries.
    Perform administrative duties including document preparation, data entry, file management, and other office support tasks.
  • Receive, unpack, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries; prepare outgoing shipments.
    Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an office setting
  • Experience in an office, administrative, receptionist, or customer support role.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Positive, dependable, and team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 15 pounds.
