We’re looking for a warm, dedicated, and licensed SLPA to make a real difference in kids’ lives.
Position: Full-Time Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Location: SpeechCom Children’s Speech Therapy Center – Redondo Beach, CA
Schedule: Monday-Thursday and Saturday 30 plus hours
Compensation: $29–$35/hour (W2, based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
As our SLPA, you'll work under the guidance of our licensed speech-language pathologists to: Support children with speech, language, voice, and fluency needs.
Carry out therapy programs and activities planned by our SLPs
Monitor the use of alternative communication devices
Help track progress and document sessions
Prepare engaging materials and assist with therapy-related paperwork
Participate in screenings and assessments

Requirements:A valid California SLPA license
Education from a vocational program, associate’s degree, or equivalent training
Excellent communication and listening skills
A great eye (and ear!) for detail in speech patterns
