This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Performance Marketer based in India.

This is a hands-on performance marketing role focused on developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns for multiple clients. You will translate business objectives into measurable media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms. The role combines campaign management with data analysis, conversion optimization, attribution, and performance reporting. You will take ownership of tracking systems and help resolve measurement and attribution challenges across lead generation and e-commerce campaigns. The position also involves direct client communication, presenting actionable insights, and collaborating with internal teams to improve campaign outcomes. You will have the opportunity to work independently, contribute to client growth, and support the development of junior team members in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms, aligning campaigns with client objectives, budgets, and performance KPIs.

  • Plan, launch, manage, and continuously optimize paid media campaigns across targeting, audience segmentation, keywords, bidding strategies, budgets, remarketing, and campaign structure.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve lead quality, conversion rates, ROAS, cost efficiency, scalability, and overall return on advertising investment.

  • Manage campaign tracking and measurement systems, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Events Manager, Conversion API, and Google Ads conversion tracking.

  • Identify and resolve tracking, attribution, and measurement issues to ensure reliable performance data and accurate campaign reporting.

  • Manage e-commerce performance activities using Google Merchant Center, Shopify, product feeds, analytics platforms, and attribution tools.

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, translating findings into practical optimization actions.

  • Prepare performance reports and present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to clients.

  • Manage day-to-day client communication, providing updates on campaign performance, priorities, challenges, and optimization opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal creative, marketing, analytics, and account teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and aligned with broader client objectives.

  • Take ownership of assigned client accounts and campaigns, managing priorities independently while maintaining consistent quality and performance.

  • Support and mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and helping strengthen campaign management and optimization practices.

Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media, digital advertising, or a closely related field.

  • Previous experience working within an advertising agency or digital marketing agency environment is strongly preferred.

  • Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads, with experience managing campaigns from setup through optimization and reporting.

  • Demonstrated understanding of paid media strategy, audience targeting, keyword management, bidding, remarketing, budget allocation, and conversion optimization.

  • Experience working with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Events Manager, Conversion API, and Google Ads conversion tracking.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce performance marketing, including Google Merchant Center, Shopify, product feeds, analytics, and attribution.

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to use campaign performance data to identify problems, opportunities, and optimization priorities.

  • Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain campaign performance and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, budgets, and client requirements.

  • Strong attention to detail and a performance-oriented mindset, with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous optimization.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams while also taking ownership of individual accounts and responsibilities.

  • Willingness to learn, experiment with new approaches, and stay current with evolving advertising platforms, tracking technologies, and digital marketing practices.

Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation of up to 45,000 per month.

  • Flexible working hours, allowing you to complete your standard 8-hour workday at your convenience.

  • Work-from-home flexibility, including dedicated menstrual work-from-home support.

  • Overtime pay for additional hours worked beyond standard working hours.

  • Paid learning budget to support relevant courses, certifications, and ongoing professional development.

  • Dedicated Vipassana leave supporting mental well-being and personal renewal.

  • Opportunity to work across multiple clients and industries, gaining broad exposure to performance marketing strategies and digital advertising.

  • Hands-on experience with major advertising, analytics, tracking, and e-commerce platforms.

  • Opportunity to take ownership of campaigns while developing client management, analytical, and leadership skills.
