What We’re Looking For


Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Manager, Finance - Operations to join our team!

The Manager, Finance - Operations leads the day-to-day operations of an assigned finance unit and is accountable for execution of financial processes and team performance. The role directs planning, reporting, and control activities and coordinates cross-functional efforts to support accurate, timely financial operations and compliance.

On a typical day, you might:


    Manage day-to-day operations of assigned Finance unit and supervise staff responsible for financial processes.Lead execution of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities.Oversee preparation and review of financial statements.Monitor financial performance and identify risks, variances, and areas requiring corrective action compared to budgets and forecasts.Manage performance, development, and accountability of assigned team members.

Qualifications


Required:

    Associate's degree in a Business field and three (3) years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and/or developing and preparing financial reports; ORBachelor's degree in a Business field and one (1) year of experience in Accounting, Finance, and/or developing and preparing financial reports; OREquivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a valid driver’s license.Must reside within North Carolina.Must be able to travel within catchment as required.


Preferred:

    Experience with claims payments and/or purchasingExperience with D365 Financial System and/or Conduent Meditract systemSupervision of two (2) or more employees
