Position Overview

The Regional President (Asia) is a hands-on general manager who leads Selkirk Sport's regional business across Asia, holding full profit-and-loss (P&L) responsibility for the Marketing, Human Resources, Sales, and Customer Service functions in the region. This executive role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building organizational capability, collaborating with supply chain teams and strengthening the brand's presence across Asia's key markets, with primary focus on Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, China, and Indonesia. Based at the company's Asia headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, the President of Asia partners closely with the global President & CMO to translate global strategy into regional execution, while staying directly and personally engaged in the day-to-day commercial and operational decisions that drive the business via a tight partnership with the VP of Supply Chain.

  • Identify and evaluate new market entry, expansion, and investment opportunities across the region; with specific focus on China
  • Partner closely with the Supply Chain teams to develop timely GTM strategies across wholesale and DTC.
Sales & Commercial Growth
  • Lead the Asia Sales function to deliver revenue and distribution growth across all focus markets.
  • Build and manage relationships with key retail partners, distributors and strategic accounts across the region.
  • Set regional pricing, channel, and go-to-market strategy in partnership with global Sales and Marketing leadership and co-CEO’s

  • Oversee athlete, ambassador, and partner activations specific to the Asia region.
  • Ensure Marketing is supporting and developing assets and plans to drive Wholesale business via sell-in and sell-through support
Human Resources & Talent Leadership

  • Establish regional workflows, reporting rhythms, and scalable processes that support operational excellence across functions.
