Purpose of the Role

Marioff is a global leader in the manufacturing of water mist fire protection systems.

The selected candidate, joining the LAND Projects team, will be responsible for the technical and design aspects of the assigned projects.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in companies operating in the mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems sector
  • Technical diploma

Experience in similar roles, including:

  • 2D/3D design using AutoCAD
  • Technical and documentation management
  • Material procurement management
  • Site activity management

Personal Skills:

  • Good command of English (minimum level B1 or higher)
  • Proven experience using 2D and 3D design software, preferably AutoCAD
  • Driving license (Category B)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, goal-oriented mindset, problem-solving attitude, and ability to mediate technical issues
  • Willingness to travel, mainly within Italy, including multi-day trips
  • Proactive mindset and ability to manage tasks independently
  • Continuous improvement attitude

Additional Valuable Qualifications

  • Previous experience in fire protection companies
  • Knowledge and use of AutoCAD Revit
  • Degree in Engineering

Responsibilities

  • 2D/3D design of Marioff water mist fire protection systems
  • Development and design of fire protection systems, ensuring effective solutions compliant with standards
  • Independent preparation and management of all technical, design, and approval documentation
  • Management and monitoring of material orders for system implementation
  • Site activity management
  • Support to the Project Manager in project financial management
  • Technical, organizational, and operational support to site personnel
  • Continuous improvement of company processes and optimization activities
