In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

Responsibilities:

• Support manufacturing operation and EHS team to foster in the compliance of EHS Programs.
• Training and orientation of new Hire and EHS compliances training.
• Enforce EHS policies, regulations, and programs.
• Support Audits, contractors and EHS policies and standards.
• Develop and implement programs as per regulatory authorities.
• Recommending appropriate risk mitigation measures to management, including ergonomics.
• Responding to and investigating events including injuries and near-miss events. Drive closure of
  effective corrective / preventive actions at Enablon system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science or Occupational Health
• Proficiency in managing environmental programs (waste, air, water), chemical safety (SDS, GHS), and core safety systems such as Lockout/Tagout and machine guarding.
• Skilled in EHS data analysis, reporting (e.g., TRIR, LTIR).
• Critical technical skill is the creation, revision, and continuous improvement of EHS policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with operational changes.
• Availability for 1st shift
