Thrive Therapies Group is looking for SLPAs to join our growing Washington team and support K-12 students.

We believe great outcomes start with connectionwith students, families, educators, and each other. As an SLPA at Thrive, you'll work directly with students while having the guidance of a supervising SLP and the support of a collaborative clinical and school-based team.

What You'll Do

• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP
• Provide individual and small-group speech and language therapy
• Collect and report student performance and progress data
• Maintain accurate service logs and session notes
• Collaborate with your supervising SLP and school teams
• Support communication goals across classroom environments
• Assist with AAC implementation as directed by the supervising SLP

What You'll Bring

• Associate's or bachelor's degree from an SLPA program, or coursework meeting Washington SLPA requirements
• Active Washington SLPA credential, or documented initiation of licensure prior to start
• Commitment to practicing within SLPA scope of practice
• School-based or pediatric experience and AAC experience are preferred. Bilingual Spanish SLPAs are strongly encouraged to apply.
