As a Requirements Analyst, you will analyze current systems, identify business rules, and transform technical information into clear functional documentation.
You will work alongside analysts and developers, supporting the evolution of applications through structured analysis and functional validation.
The position combines requirements analysis, reverse engineering, and the use of artificial intelligence tools to increase efficiency and improve processes.
You will play an important role in organizing knowledge about existing solutions and enabling successful development activities.

As a Requirements Analyst, you will support the modernization and evolution of existing applications by analyzing functionalities, documenting processes, and collaborating with technical teams. You will focus on understanding current solutions, improving documentation quality, and supporting development activities through functional analysis and testing. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing reverse engineering analysis of existing applications using AI tools to identify business rules and document functionalities.
• Creating, organizing, and maintaining functional documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyzing existing features and supporting the understanding of application behavior and requirements.
• Conducting functional tests to validate solutions delivered by the development team.
• Collaborating with developers and other analysts to support application improvements and knowledge sharing.
• Using artificial intelligence tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and system understanding activities.
• Contributing to the standardization and organization of information related to existing applications.

The ideal candidate will have experience in requirements analysis, functional documentation, and software understanding, combined with an analytical mindset and interest in technology-driven processes. You should be comfortable working with development teams and using modern tools to improve analysis activities. Required qualifications and skills include:

• Proven experience as a Mid-level Requirements Analyst.
• Experience creating and maintaining functional documentation.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools, preferably Cursor or similar solutions.
• Ability to create effective prompts to support code analysis, documentation, and application understanding.
• Experience performing functional testing and validating software deliveries.
• Strong analytical skills, organization, and ability to transform complex information into clear documentation.
• Ability to understand existing systems and collaborate effectively with technical teams.

Additional experience that is considered a plus:

• Experience with reverse engineering of legacy systems.
• Background in application modernization or migration projects.
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN, or business process modeling.
• Interest in expanding skills in functional testing activities.
