- Lead end-to-end delivery of customer projects involving both hardware and software components, including customized development services and technical implementations.
- Manage project handovers from commercial teams, ensuring a clear understanding of technical requirements, deliverables, timelines, and customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain structured project plans, documentation, progress tracking, and reporting mechanisms to ensure successful execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitating regular communication through meetings and digital collaboration channels.
- Translate customer requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with engineering and product teams while identifying risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early in the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align resources, schedules, and priorities for timely project delivery.
- Maintain accurate project information within internal management systems and leverage project management platforms to monitor progress and outcomes.
- Support certification and compliance initiatives by coordinating with relevant agencies and ensuring adherence to regional and international requirements.
- Foster customer success by ensuring project deliverables consistently align with business objectives and long-term partnership goals.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in project management, preferably in customer-facing and technology-driven environments.
- Proven experience managing hybrid projects involving hardware products, software platforms, and customized development services.
- Strong technical background in engineering, IoT, embedded systems, SaaS, or related technology domains.
- Previous experience in roles such as Technical Program Manager, Solutions Engineer, Customer Project Manager, or similar hybrid technical and customer-facing positions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across multiple channels and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English; international communication experience is highly valued.
- Experience working within remote-first organizations and asynchronous collaboration environments across multiple time zones.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Asana, Bitrix24, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of hardware and software certifications and compliance frameworks, including standards such as CE, RoHS, SOC 2, ISO, or equivalent, is considered an advantage.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, structured documentation practices, and strong problem-solving skills.
