Senior Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of digital trust infrastructure and enterprise security solutions.
You will own a strategic product area focused on DNS, trusted discovery, identity-aware infrastructure, and emerging technology use cases.
The position combines customer insight, technical expertise, and product leadership to build solutions that address complex security challenges.
You will collaborate with engineering, security, architecture, sales, and customers to define product strategy and deliver impactful capabilities.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and growth of a strategic product portfolio focused on digital trust, DNS, and security infrastructure. This role requires strong product judgment, technical understanding, and the ability to align cross-functional teams around a clear vision.

  • Own and evolve the roadmap for a strategic product area focused on DNS, trusted discovery, policy enforcement, trust signals, and emerging infrastructure use cases.
  • Translate customer needs, market trends, technical capabilities, and product insights into clear strategies, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Define product requirements that prioritize security, privacy, compliance, reliability, scalability, and operational resilience.
  • Engage with enterprise customers, partners, internal teams, and industry communities to validate use cases and influence product direction.
  • Partner closely with engineering, architecture, security, and cloud teams to deliver secure, scalable, API-first, cloud-native solutions.
  • Leverage telemetry, dashboards, customer feedback, and experimentation to guide prioritization and measure product impact.
  • Use AI-powered tools to analyze insights, accelerate prototyping, synthesize feedback, and improve product workflows.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators including adoption, reliability, automation effectiveness, performance, and trust-signal quality.
  • Lead product go-to-market activities in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer success teams, including launches, messaging, enablement, and adoption strategies.
  • Drive continuous product improvement through rapid validation, iterative delivery, and customer-focused innovation.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong technical background and proven ability to build enterprise-grade infrastructure products. They should combine strategic thinking, customer empathy, analytical skills, and strong collaboration capabilities.

  • 8+ years of product management experience in cloud-native SaaS, cybersecurity, networking, developer platforms, or infrastructure products.
  • Proven experience leading technical products related to DNS, networking, security, developer platforms, or distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of DNS, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and modern Internet technologies.
  • Familiarity with PKI, TLS/SSL, identity management, or related digital trust technologies is highly preferred.
  • Experience defining API-first, developer-focused, or platform products.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex customer challenges into focused product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Experience delivering 0-to-1 products and scaling solutions in agile environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using telemetry, dashboards, experimentation, and data insights to drive decisions.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools to improve discovery, prototyping, research synthesis, and product management workflows.
  • Experience partnering with engineering teams working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities, with the ability to align technical and business stakeholders around a product vision.
  • Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives, including launches, pricing, packaging, messaging, and adoption strategies.
  • Self-driven mindset with the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
