The ideal candidate will combine recruiting expertise with a passion for building strong talent pipelines and supporting K-12 education initiatives.
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to supporting onboarding and maintaining candidate engagement.
This position requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
You will play an important role in helping address educator staffing needs while contributing to impactful learning experiences for students.
This is a remote contract opportunity designed for a proactive recruiter who thrives in a mission-driven, collaborative environment.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates and build strong talent pipelines for active programs.
- Review applications, conduct candidate screenings, and identify applicants who align with program requirements.
- Perform phone interviews and support candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and manage recruitment activities through applicant tracking systems.
- Deliver qualified talent to hiring managers and clients within established timelines.
- Build tracking systems and processes to monitor recruitment progress, follow-ups, and onboarding activities.
- Follow established recruitment procedures and maintain consistent quality standards throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding progress, challenges, and program needs.
- Collaborate with team members and external partners to ensure effective recruitment operations.
- Complete additional responsibilities and assigned tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of sourcing and recruiting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 2–3 years of experience working within a K-12 educational environment preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with diverse groups.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, including prioritization and adapting to changing needs.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with computer systems and applicant tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively within a team environment.

- Competitive contract rate of $33 per hour.
