Key Responsibilities

1. Merchant Operations & Marketing Support

• Assist with day-to-day merchant operational requests, including promotion updates, menu settings, and storefront information;
• Coordinate the submission, printing, and delivery of posters and other marketing materials;
• Support timely updates to merchant promotions and storefront content based on campaign changes.

2. Materials & Delivery Coordination

• Collect and organize merchant requests for delivery bags, printing paper, posters, and other operational materials;
• Prepare, organize, and package materials for delivery;
• Coordinate with drivers and relevant teams to arrange deliveries and track progress.

3. Merchant Support & Troubleshooting

• Assist merchants with basic account and banking information issues;
• Help identify and troubleshoot store opening/closing issues, order acceptance issues, and other operational problems;
• Monitor basic merchant operational metrics, including product availability and menu status;
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on merchant issues and ensure timely resolution.

4. BD Team Support

• Support the BD team with merchant information management and routine operational tasks;
• Track multiple ongoing requests and provide timely updates;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Delivery, to improve merchant support efficiency.

Who We're Looking For

• Entry-level candidates and students are welcome to apply; no prior Business Development experience is required;
• Passion for Business Development, sales, and client relationship management;
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a willingness to learn;
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
• Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Able to work 20–25 hours per week.

工作职责

1. 商家运营及市场支持

• 协助处理商家活动相关的日常运营需求，包括活动名称修改、菜单设置及店铺页面调整等；
• 协助提交、打印和协调配送海报、宣传材料等市场物料；
• 根据商家活动变化，及时配合 BD 团队完成相关信息及视觉内容更新。

2. 物料及配送协调

• 收集并整理商家对于外卖袋、打印纸、海报等物料的需求；
• 负责相关物料的整理、打包及配送安排；
• 与司机及相关团队沟通，跟进物料配送进度，确保商家及时收到所需物料。

3. 商家日常问题支持

• 协助商家处理基础账户及银行信息相关问题；
• 协助排查店铺异常开关店、不接单等运营问题；
• 协助检查商品在架率、菜单状态等基础运营情况；
• 对接内部相关团队，跟进并推动商家问题解决。

4. BD团队日常支持

• 协助 BD 完成日常商家信息整理及基础运营工作；
• 跟进多项任务的执行进度，并及时反馈；
• 与市场、运营、配送等跨职能团队协作，提高商家问题处理效率。
