Analista de Customer Service Pl

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Customer Service Pl based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to support customer service operations by ensuring efficient order management and reliable delivery performance across a complex supply chain environment.
The successful candidate will coordinate order flows, monitor service indicators, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure customer needs are met.
You will play a key role in improving operational visibility, preventing service disruptions, and driving continuous process improvements.
Working closely with commercial, logistics, planning, finance, and operations teams, you will help optimize delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
This position combines analytical skills, supply chain knowledge, and strong communication abilities to solve challenges and improve processes.
You will contribute to data-driven decision-making by monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency.

Accountabilities
  • Manage the complete order flow from Order to Delivery, ensuring accuracy, prioritization, and compliance with delivery timelines.
  • Schedule and allocate orders by region, ensuring correct assignment, full demand fulfillment, and cost optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as OTIF, CSL/CXSL, costs, volume, order aging, and delivery performance to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Proactively prevent product availability issues at points of sale by monitoring inventory levels and coordinating solutions with relevant teams.
  • Track aging orders, prioritize pending activities, and support resolution efforts to minimize service impacts.
  • Act as a key interface between Commercial, Planning, Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and efficient decision-making.
  • Manage critical orders, support exception handling, and coordinate priority actions with responsible stakeholders.
  • Provide commercial teams with accurate information regarding order status, product availability, and delivery expectations.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of order and delivery information across systems and reports.
  • Analyze logistics performance indicators, including On Time Delivery, delivery lead time, scheduling losses, re-deliveries, and returns.
  • Support root cause analysis and improvement plans to enhance service levels and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in governance meetings by presenting performance results, challenges, and action plans.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication flows, and monitoring tools through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support transportation partner performance management by monitoring delivery quality, deadlines, scheduling compliance, and improvement actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Solid professional experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, logistics, planning, transportation, or related areas.
  • Experience managing orders and coordinating activities across multiple internal teams.
  • Strong understanding of Order to Delivery and Order Fulfillment processes.
  • Knowledge of supply chain operations, including planning, distribution, and customer service workflows.
  • Experience analyzing service level indicators such as OTIF and operational performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP is considered an asset.
  • Experience using Power BI for reporting and analysis is a plus.
  • Intermediate English proficiency is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, investigate issues, and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
