Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out procedures

- Take and record patient histories and vital signs

- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures

- Assist physicians during medical examinations and procedures

- Collect and process laboratory specimens and perform basic laboratory tests

- Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in electronic health records (EHR) systems

- Schedule appointments and manage patient follow-up communications

- Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of medical equipment and exam rooms

- Adhere to safety, privacy, and confidentiality protocols in compliance with healthcare regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred
