- Own and continuously improve cloud infrastructure security, including access controls, secrets management, vulnerability management, audit logging, and security best practices.
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable AWS infrastructure capable of supporting high-volume browser rendering workloads and enterprise-level requirements.
- Develop and manage infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform to enable reliable, repeatable, and efficient deployments.
- Partner closely with engineering and product teams to evaluate infrastructure needs, perform security reviews, and ensure secure-by-design development practices.
- Improve CI/CD workflows, developer tooling, and operational processes to increase engineering efficiency and platform reliability.
- Participate in incident response and on-call rotations, taking ownership of troubleshooting, mitigation, and resolution of production issues.
- Monitor system performance, identify risks, and proactively implement improvements to scalability, reliability, and security.
- Contribute to cloud architecture decisions, infrastructure modernization initiatives, and long-term technical strategy.
- Support compliance and operational readiness efforts by helping maintain systems aligned with industry security standards.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying, operating, and maintaining containerized applications in AWS environments.
- 5+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies, particularly Terraform.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including firewalls, load balancers, DNS, VPC architecture, network peering, and zero-trust networking approaches.
- Experience implementing cloud security practices such as least-privilege IAM, secrets management, API authentication, abuse prevention, audit logging, network segmentation, and vulnerability management.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as CircleCI or GitHub Actions, containerization technologies such as Docker, and orchestration tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex infrastructure challenges.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed engineering teams in a remote-first environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly across teams.
- Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks such as SOC 2 or GDPR is a plus.
- Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar systems is beneficial.

- Competitive compensation package:
- Salary range: US $155,000 – $190,000 plus equity.
