Porter/Janitor in Ontario, California at Sea Crest Facilities Services LLC

Responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and attractive common areas throughout an apartment community. This position ensures that residents and visitors have a well-maintained and welcoming environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, lobbies, stairways, elevators, community rooms, and building entrances.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces.
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of waste disposal areas.
• Clean windows, doors, handrails, and other building surfaces as needed.
• Restock cleaning supplies in designated areas.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, safety hazards, or resident concerns to management.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in an organized and safe manner.
• Follow property safety procedures and cleaning standards.
• Provide courteous and professional service to residents and guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or residential property maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and good work ethic.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Flexible availability based on property needs.
