Great Lakes Hyundai of Dublin is a dynamic and customer-focused automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Imaging Coordinator to join our dealership team.

The Automotive Imaging Coordinator plays a critical role in our dealership's online presence by ensuring every pre-owned vehicle is professionally photographed and accurately represented on our website within 24 hours of purchase. This position is responsible for capturing both pre-detail and post-detail images of our used vehicle inventory, sometimes requiring light cleaning or washing of the vehicle to ensure it meets our high visual standards for retail display.

• Photography & Imaging
  
  • Take high-quality, consistent photographs of all pre-owned vehicles within 24 hours of acquisition.
  • Capture both pre-detail and post-detail images as required, showcasing the vehicle’s condition and key selling points.
  • Follow dealership-specific photo standards and angles to maintain a uniform online showroom experience.
  • Upload photos promptly to dealership website, CRM, and third-party listing platforms.
• Vehicle Preparation
  
  • Ensure vehicles are photo-ready prior to shooting—this may include washing, wiping down, or repositioning the car for optimal lighting and presentation.
  • Move vehicles to designated photo areas safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and physical condition before photographing.
• Coordination & Communication
  
  • Work closely with the Sales, Service, and Detail departments to track the status of each vehicle (e.g., “Just Purchased,” “In Recon,” “Ready for Photos,” “Retail Ready”).
  • Maintain a log of all vehicles awaiting photography and update statuses accordingly.
  • Communicate any issues (e.g., damage, delays in recon, missing inventory) to the Inventory Manager.
• Equipment & Maintenance
  
  • Maintain photography equipment (camera, tripod, lighting, etc.) in good working order.
  • Keep photo area clean, organized, and professional-looking.
  • Suggest and implement improvements for visual marketing and process flow.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and consistency.
• Basic understanding of photography, lighting, composition, and photo editing tools.
• Familiarity with dealership CRM systems and inventory management platforms a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to operate vehicles safely and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working in outdoor conditions in all seasons.
• Reliable, punctual, and organized.

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• 100% of newly acquired pre-owned vehicles photographed and uploaded within 24 hours.
• Maintain visual consistency and quality across all inventory images.
• Proactive communication with team members regarding delays or vehicle readiness.
