We're looking for a Technical Specialist who thrives on problem-solving, technology, and supporting teams behind the scenes to help deliver exceptional results for our customers.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of technology, construction, estimating support, documentation management, and field-based technical services. You'll work closely with our Sales, Production, and Leadership teams to provide the technical expertise that helps projects move efficiently from start to finish.

• Support Sales, Estimating, and Production teams with technical project needs
• Create sketches, floor plans, and estimate support documents using industry software
• Utilize Matterport and Beacon 3D/Hover technology to capture property data
• Assist with Xactimate estimate development and documentation
• Upload and organize photos, scans, and project information
• Maintain documentation within RMS and other company systems
• Support compliance requirements for insurance and third-party programs
• Stay current on restoration technologies, building materials, and industry best practices
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, customers, and partners
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
• Assist with special projects and initiatives that support company growth

• Valid driver's license
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to learn new software, tools, and industry practices

• Experience in restoration, construction, estimating, or a related field
• Familiarity with Xactimate, Symbility, Matterport, Hover, RMS, or similar platforms
• Building construction knowledge
• College degree or relevant industry experience
• IICRC certifications or willingness to obtain them
