  • Develop and standardize treasury operating procedures and best practices across all debt and financing activities.
  • Support liquidity planning and cash flow forecasting in partnership with FP&A, including scenario and sensitivity analysis across financing structures.
  • Monitor and analyze debt service obligations, tax equity structures, and distribution waterfalls to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present treasury, debt, and liquidity updates to senior leadership to ensure visibility into overall financing exposure and obligations.
Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in corporate treasury, project finance, debt administration, or related financial roles involving complex capital structures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CFA strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of corporate credit facilities, project finance structures, and tax equity financing arrangements.
  • Experience managing debt portfolios, compliance calendars, and financial reporting obligations across multiple financing types.
  • Familiarity with loan agreements, covenant requirements, and tax equity partnership structures (including flip and sale-leaseback models).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Experience collaborating across Legal, Compliance, Accounting, and Finance teams in a structured environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools for financial tracking and analysis.
  • High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or project finance environments strongly preferred.
  • Comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity and financial analysis, with sound judgment in application.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary of approximately $140,000 with eligibility for up to 20% annual bonus.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with 6% employer match.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Monthly cell phone stipend.
  • Generous paid time off including 20 vacation days, 5 sick days, and 9 paid holidays.
