This is an opportunity for an experienced facilities or industrial maintenance professional who wants broad technical ownership, meaningful problem-solving work, and a direct role in improving reliability across a complex manufacturing operation.

- Opportunities to partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and outside specialists on repairs, installations, and facility improvements
What You Will Do
You will monitor, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the critical utility and facility systems that support Elmet's Euclid manufacturing operation. Your work will balance safe daily operation with preventive maintenance, responsive repair, and long-term reliability improvement.

- A strong commitment to workplace safety, equipment reliability, and preventive maintenance

Defining Success
Success in this role is measured by the safe, dependable performance of the systems people may only notice when something goes wrong. You will be successful when:
- Critical facility and utility systems operate safely and reliably
- Potential issues are identified early and addressed before they become unplanned downtime
- Preventive maintenance and required inspections are completed accurately and on schedule
- Mechanical and facility issues are diagnosed and resolved in a timely manner
