Cheeky Monkey Door Hosts are the guest’s first and last impression. They are responsible for greeting, welcoming, and thanking guests for their visit to the venue on their way out.

Job Duties

• Welcomes guests with a smile and a friendly greeting
• Maintains professional and courteous demeanor at all times
• Checks guest identification whenever age restrictions are enforced
• Monitors door traffic and ensures guests have reservations
• Accurately tracks guest headcount to comply with occupancy restrictions
• Ensures all guests adhere to the venue’s COVID policy regarding face coverings/masks and social distancing
• Communicates any potential guest service issues to management with a sense of urgency

• 1-year of experience in a similar Host/Hostess or customer service role
• Open availability including weekend nights and holidays
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and cheerful!!
• Passionate about guest service and hospitality
