About WhatConverts
WhatConverts is a B2B SaaS company specializing in marketing attribution and lead tracking solutions. We empower businesses to make data-driven decisions by providing deep insights into their marketing campaigns and helping them understand what drives conversions. As a remote-first company, we foster a mission-focused and performance-driven culture, valuing integrity, initiative, and innovation.

Position Overview
Great products don't ship on good ideas alone. They ship because someone turns big goals into a clear plan and keeps great teams moving. Here, that's you.
As our Technical Project Manager, you'll work where strategy meets engineering: weighing architectural tradeoffs, taming technical debt, and steering launches from first scope to production.
If you love asking sharp questions and spotting risk before anyone else does, you'll fit right in.

In this role you’ll get to:
  • Turn business goals into clear technical requirements, milestones, and owners.
  • Run the delivery rhythm: work breakdowns, risk reviews, prioritization, and capacity planning that keep schedules predictable.
  • Own launches end to end, from production cutovers and deployments to rollback plans.
  • Connect product, sales, and leadership with developers, DevOps, QA, and architects, and de-risk dependencies across teams and vendors.
  • Catch bottlenecks and quality gaps early, and lead retrospectives that make every release better.
  • Give leaders a clear view through dashboards, OKRs, and crisp executive updates while keeping scope in check.

What we’re looking for:
  • 3-6 years managing technical projects or programs in software or systems engineering.
  • Hands-on roots in software development, systems engineering, or DevOps, plus a solid grasp of APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience leading engineering teams through structured delivery cadences in Jira and Confluence.
  • A track record of shipping releases and production deployments across interdependent teams.
  • The ability to explain technical decisions to anyone, from engineers to executives.
  • Familiarity with security, compliance, and QA practices.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.
Bonus points: experience with martech, attribution, analytics, or integration-heavy products.

Company Benefits/Perks:
  • Remote-First: Empowered to work agilely in a fully remote environment with no risk of office return.
  • Immediate Impact: From day one, take ownership of projects and make a direct impact.
  • Health & Wellness: 100% employer-paid premium medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • 401k with 5% Match: Secure your future with immediate vesting.
  • Employee Support: Access counseling, legal, and debt management services through our EAP.
  • Generous PTO & Flexible Time Off: Accrue PTO with additional days for tenure, plus up to 4 hours of flex time per week for personal matters.
  • Parental & Bereavement Leave: Paid leave for life’s important moments.
  • Volunteer Day: Give back with an annual volunteer day.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Join a positive, supportive, and inclusive workplace.
  • Remote Work Perks: $100 monthly stipend to ensure your home office needs are met and company-provided devices.

Before you apply you should:
