About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to build and lead a high-performing marketing organization focused on driving measurable revenue growth.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. You'll own the company's go-to-market strategy, demand generation, brand positioning, content marketing, partnerships, events, and overall marketing performance while leading a lean, AI-enabled team.

What You'll DoGo-to-Market Strategy• Develop and execute the company's overall go-to-market strategy.
• Define brand positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
• Build scalable demand generation initiatives that support revenue growth.
• Align marketing efforts with company objectives and long-term business goals.
Demand Generation & Revenue Growth• Own marketing pipeline generation and performance metrics.
• Develop strategies across outbound, content, paid media, partnerships, and events.
• Create scalable lead generation systems that consistently produce qualified opportunities.
• Monitor marketing performance and optimize initiatives based on measurable business outcomes.
Brand & Content Leadership• Define the company's voice and market positioning.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality content, case studies, sales enablement materials, and thought leadership assets.
• Ensure consistent messaging across every customer touchpoint.
Marketing Operations & AI• Design and implement AI-powered workflows that improve marketing efficiency and scalability.
• Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM and automation platforms.
• Build reporting systems and dashboards to track KPIs and marketing performance.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales, and strategic partners.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources based on business impact and ROI.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles.
• Proven success building B2B demand generation programs that generated measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Experience leading marketing strategy within SaaS, technology, digital marketing, or agency environments.
• Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing workflows and automation.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, KPIs, forecasting, and revenue-focused initiatives.
• Advanced experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Exceptional writing, messaging, and storytelling abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications• Experience working within a performance marketing agency.
• Knowledge of TikTok Shop, social commerce, and creator ecosystems.
• Experience using Clay or similar prospecting and enrichment platforms.
• Experience marketing to high-growth consumer brands.
