GTM Systems Product Owner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Systems Product Owner based in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of product ownership, revenue systems, and go-to-market strategy, focusing on building the operational backbone of a fast-scaling business. You will translate evolving commercial needs into structured system requirements that shape how sales and operational teams execute at scale.
The position is heavily Salesforce-centered, requiring someone who can design and refine CRM architecture while aligning it with broader GTM motion development.
You will work closely with revenue operations, engineering, and field teams to ensure tools, workflows, and data systems effectively support rapid business growth.
A key part of the role involves bringing clarity to ambiguity, turning loosely defined business needs into actionable technical roadmaps and shipped solutions.
You will also play a central role in prioritizing system enhancements, managing delivery across stakeholders, and ensuring visibility into execution progress.
This is a highly cross-functional, impact-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys building foundational systems inside a complex, evolving organization.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of GTM systems and tools that support revenue operations, sales execution, and supply-side business initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business strategy and growth goals.
  • Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear system specifications, partnering with engineering and business technology teams to deliver scalable Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Own and manage the GTM systems roadmap, prioritizing requests across sales, operations, and field teams while maintaining transparency on delivery timelines and progress.
  • Collaborate closely with revenue operations and cross-functional stakeholders to define workflows, processes, and system improvements that enhance operational efficiency and revenue performance.
  • Oversee execution across internal teams and external vendors, ensuring delivery quality, system integrity, and alignment with evolving GTM needs.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to ensure accurate reporting, insights, and performance visibility across GTM tools and platforms.
Requirements
  • 6–8 years of experience in GTM systems, product ownership, or revenue operations roles supporting sales, onboarding, or customer success functions in complex organizations.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce, with deep understanding of CRM architecture, system design principles, and scalable GTM infrastructure development.
  • Proven experience building or scaling GTM systems for a new business unit within a larger, established organization, navigating both structure and ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to move from high-level business needs to detailed system requirements and successfully deliver production-ready solutions.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with engineers, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with messy data, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to challenge assumptions constructively when needed.
  • Experience with GTM tools such as Gong, Mixmax, or similar platforms is a plus, along with familiarity with AI-enabled workflow tools and SQL.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience in systems, product, or operations roles.
