PURPOSE:

The Operations Support Specialist II will be responsible for drafting and uploading detailed foreclosure chronologies, as well as handling client requests for foreclosure timeline information. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This position is fully remote.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Draft and upload detailed foreclosure chronologies. Monitor internal case management systems and client facing case management systems for pending chronology requests based off servicer requirements and written requests.
  • Handle client requests for foreclosure timeline information. Communicate with clients to confirm receipt of chronology requests and to follow up for needed information when applicable.
  • Complete client systems step. Reconcile client facing case management systems such as BKFS/ICE with our internal case management system to confirm when each milestone was met in the legal process.
  • Review and determine what impediments impacted the timeline of individual referrals to the firm and accurately update the corresponding chronology.

  • Reproject client system steps.
  • Ensure that all work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work completed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for change.
  • Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • Basic foreclosure or real estate knowledge preferred and proficient with Microsoft Word.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Word.
  • Experience with foreclosure processes and terminology preferred.

General Competency Factors

  • Must be proficient in software tools, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet. Preferred proficiency in BKFS/ICE, Microsoft word, and PDF programs.
  • Optional knowledge – Proficiency using default servicing software such as CaseAware, SSE, Tempo, Clarifire, and/or other Servicing Portals.
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Must provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Identifies and solves issues in a timely manner.
  • Must be a team player and willing to help others in their department whenever necessary.
  • Must be extremely organized and be able to multi-task.
  • Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance.
