This is a collaborative, fast-paced role where relationship-building, curiosity, and continuous learning are essential.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across a diverse range of roles, including corporate, commercial, operational, and technical positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and interview processes aligned with business needs.
- Source, engage, and nurture candidates using proactive sourcing methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure strong role alignment and high-quality hires.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and communities to support both current and future hiring needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, hiring recommendations, and recruitment guidance.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate ATS data to support reporting and process optimization.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment operations and employer branding.
- 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and building trusted relationships with hiring managers.
- Proven ability to source, assess, and hire candidates across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Data-informed mindset with the ability to use metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Curiosity and interest in developing expertise in technical recruiting and understanding engineering/product roles.
- Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques (Boolean search, passive candidate engagement) is an asset.
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby), LinkedIn Recruiter, or workforce planning tools is a plus.
- Commitment to delivering an inclusive, high-quality candidate experience and continuous improvement.
- Competitive compensation package with salary aligned to experience and market standards.
- Fully paid health and dental benefits from day one, with additional health spending support.
- Flexible work arrangements with remote work options across Canada.
- Wellness support, including fitness, mental health, and lifestyle reimbursements.
- Strong culture of trust, transparency, and performance-based growth.
- Opportunities for career progression and skill development, including exposure to technical recruiting.
- Inclusive and collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous learning.
- Engagement activities and team culture initiatives that foster connection and belonging.
