General Purpose of the Position
Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies and brand management initiative for Strategic Minds, LLC clients. This role is strategic in native and ensures alignment between business objectives, brand positioning, and execution across traditional and digital marketing channels.

Principal Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with organizational and client objectives.
2. Lead brand positioning and brand management initiative across local, U.S., and international markets.
3. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to inform decision-making.
4. Lead digital marketing initiatives, including digital development, content strategy, and online campaigns.
5. Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
6. Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership and clients.
7. Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and touch points.
8. Define KPIs, metrics, and reporting methods to measure marketing effectiveness.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Education, Training and/or Experience Required:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken) required.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in marketing management.
• Proven track record of successfully executing strategies in sales, marketing, and communications.
• Experience leading marketing teams and managing cross-functional projects.
