What You'll Do

As a Remote Associate, you'll connect with clients through scheduled virtual appointments, helping them understand their available benefits while providing outstanding customer service in a professional and supportive environment.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Meet with clients through virtual appointments using Zoom and other online platforms

  • Educate individuals and families about available benefit options

  • Answer client questions and provide personalized support

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients

  • Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

  • Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching, and team meetings

  • Work closely with mentors and leadership to continue developing your skills
