Responsibilities

· Welcome and assist visitors, residents, families, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.

· Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.

· Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.

· Respond to general questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

· Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude.

· Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

· Basic computer and office equipment proficiency.

· Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
