Registers and schedules patients accurately, efficiently and professionally to ensure data integrity and facilitate claims process. Maintains privacy and confidentiality of patients and health information. Maintains a high level of professionalism and fosters positive interactions with our customers. Along with constant communication with insurance companies this job has a high volume of speaking to the patients to schedule as well as informing the patients of what happens when the patient arrives to the clinic.
