Primary Care Staff Physician at HealthcareSource Medical Center – Danville, New Hampshire

HCS MC has 260 practice sites across the state. We are the largest primary care delivery system in the state.

We are seeking a board certified/board eligible Primary Care Staff Physician trained in family medicine or Internal medicine to fill the position of Primary Care Staff Physician in our outpatient only practice. Ours is an evidence based, quality focused integrated team model. Our facility is new and houses Primary Medical Care, Behavioral Health Care, Dental Care, Pharmacy, Radiology and Laboratory Services.

Primary Care Staff Physician Responsibilities include;

• patient management,
• evaluation & treatment,
• well care,
• acute care,
• chronic disease management,
• electronic health record,
• achievement of quality measures,
• evidence based care,
• participation with integrated care team,
• community engagement

Primary Care Staff Physician candidates must be;

• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained
• eligible to obtain a license to practice medicine in the state of West Virginia
• Spanish speaking is a plus but not mandatory
