This role offers a unique blend of design and management, allowing you to shape our product's visual and user experience while collaborating closely with the founding team. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Design:
    • Extract and apply insights from customer interactions (customer support issues) to refine the platform design.
    • Help us build a world class and a modern ATS solution which is very easy to use by recruiters.
    • Use design as a tool to build confidence
    • Lead UI/UX initiatives and present design wireframes to the founding team.
    • Research competitor products in the recruitment industry and create mood board.
  2. No Code / Low Code Tool Mastery:
    • Utilize tools like Webflow to design and maintain web pages.
    • Implement website features to enhance traffic and engagement.
    • Monitor website performance and suggest improvements for an optimal user experience.
  3. Product Management:
    • Engage in the technical realization of designs, collaborating with engineers to ensure accurate product development.
    • Define and prioritize developer requirements using our project management tool (linear.app).
    • Assist developers in task breakdown and prioritization based on customer value.
    • Contribute to front-end development (if you possess coding skills).
    • Work with the team to design scalable and efficient solutions.
Job Requirements:
  • A portfolio showcasing B2B web application & mobile designs.
  • Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma and its plugins.
  • A solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies and principles.
  • Experience in conducting user research and gathering feedback.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Bonus Points For:
  • Prior experience as a designer in a tech product company.
  • Experience working with distributed teams and showcasing strong organizational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial ventures or projects.
  • Proficiency in designing user flows using tools like Figjam.
  • Coding skills.
