Registered Nurse (RN) - Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and nursing leadership on the unit
• Utilize the nursing process to:
  • Assess
  • Diagnose
  • Plan
  • Implement
  • Evaluate patient care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote:
  • Evidence-based practice
  • Quality outcomes
  • A healing patient experience
• Participate in Shared Governance initiatives

Registered Nurse (RN) - Job Requirements

• Education:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • ADN required
  • BSN preferred
• Licensure:
  • Current Arkansas or Compact State RN license in good standing
• Experience:
  • One (1) year preferred
• Certifications:
  • BLS required
  • ACLS and PALS encouraged
• Other Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge required

Registered Nurse (RN) - Safety Sensitive Position

• This role is designated safety sensitive under Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana.
