CPLC Corazón is hiring for a pool of on-call Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)!

ABOUT
CPLC Corazón is a client-centered center with bilingual staff where all cultures are welcome and celebrated. We have been providing Substance Abuse treatment since 1983, offering a variety of treatment modalities.

CPLC Corazón features a range of substance abuse services, including group, individual, family, and couples therapy, in addition to nightly community 12-step support groups. Our 65-bed, ADA accessible residential facility provides all meals, an on-site laundry facility free of charge, a basketball court, and a garden. We offer holistic health techniques including yoga, tai chi, chi gong, and sweat lodge.
SCHEDULE:
This is on-call. Hours will vary based on needs and includes weekends.

POSITION SUMMARY
To greet all members attending appointments with their provider, collaborate with nursing staff and assist as needed. Coordinate care with outside providers and assist with administrative duties as they pertain to meeting member needs. Collaborate with the clinical teams and their support staff. Promote health and wellness practices to the members we serve. Focus is on ensuring the members have a pleasant experience while in the clinic.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

1. Have a current license by the Arizona State Board of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
2. Have at least 1 year experience performing medical duties.

Additional Requirements:

1. Experience working in an outpatient setting
2. Knowledge of behavioral health symptoms and diagnoses.
3. Must be able to pass a drug test upon hire and adhere to the CPLC chemical use policy.
4. Bilingual a plus.
