What You’ll Do:

1. Lead by example, promote company values, and foster a safe, collaborative work environment.
2. Mix cement or epoxy grouts with professional equipment to achieve the perfect consistency.
3. Assist in constructing and reinforcing forms and bracing for concrete pours.
4. Guide concrete delivery to ensure efficient and precise placement.
5. Handle tools, equipment, and supplies with care, ensuring everything is ready for the job.
6. Spread, level, and shape concrete surfaces to achieve a polished and professional finish.
7. Detect and correct any imperfections in the finish to uphold quality standards.
8. Operate tools like trowel machines, mechanical screeds, and early entry saws.
9. Take pride in completing curbs and achieving flawless finishes during pours.
10. Support the team with a proactive and positive attitude, always striving for excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Skills: Proficient in basic math and the ability to interpret flat drawings into 3D applications.
2. Experience: 3-5 years of concrete experience, with at least 2 years in construction.
3. Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and perform tasks in various weather conditions.
4. Tools and Safety: Skilled in using hand floats, trowels, edgers, and other finishing tools, with a strong commitment to safety practices.

Preferred Certifications and Training:

1. Flagger Certification
2. Small Tools Training and Care/Safety
3. Introduction to Equipment Course
4. Advanced Concrete Principles
5. Basic Plan Reading
