Assembly Specialist- MFG at AAA United States Inc – Renton, Washington

AAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Renton,WA that is one of the world's largest manufacturers of aerostructures for commercial airplanes, defense platforms, and business/regional jets. With expertise in aluminum and advanced composite manufacturing solutions, the company’s core products include fuselages, integrated wings and wing components, pylons, and nacelles.

The Assembly Specialist- MFG is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing aircraft components and structures according to technical specifications, blueprints, and quality standards.

Essential Job Functions:

• Ensures the manufacture of completed units by overseeing activities such as assembly of components into subassemblies
• Mating or joining of structural assemblies (metallic and nonmetallic)
• Installation of systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic) that are fastened with screws, bolts, rivets, solder, crimping or swaging, connectors, or adhesives; and testing with mechanical, electrical, and electronic test equipment
• Interfaces with engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet product requirements and customer acceptance

• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with multiple cross-functional groups (Quality, Assembly, Procurement, Supply Chain, Machining, etc.)
• At least 5 years' experience in a leadership/management role
• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of excel, PowerPoint
