Tresco, Inc. is hiring a dedicated Grounds and Custodial Worker to help maintain safe, clean, and beautiful facilities and grounds. If you enjoy a mix of indoor and outdoor work, take pride in keeping spaces looking great, and want to be part of a mission-driven team — we want to hear from you!

• Mow, edge, trim, and clean landscaped areas to create a neat, professional appearance

• Patrol for litter and remove debris to keep grounds safe and tidy

• Maintain desert landscapes and provide weed control

• Operate power tools and equipment: weed eaters, edgers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and chainsaws

• Clean restrooms and keep them fully stocked with paper products, soap, and deodorizers

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; perform regular and deep floor maintenance

• Clean entryways, interior/exterior windows, and office glass

• Empty trash and replace liners

• Dust regularly and complete high-dusting tasks monthly

• Maintain a clean, organized facility ready to welcome the public

• Take direction, communicate with supervisors and coworkers

• Maintain equipment in clean, working condition

• Support special projects and assist the public when needed

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Education:
✔ High School Diploma or GED
✔ Willingness to learn custodial and grounds care tasks

Experience:
✔ Grounds maintenance or landscaping experience preferred

Licenses/Certifications:
✔ Valid driver’s license

Other Requirements:
✔ Must pass a background check and driver’s license record screening
✔ Post-offer drug screening may be required

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Able to work under pressure and independently

• Friendly attitude with a willingness to assist the public

• Experience using landscaping tools and custodial equipment
