PROJECT MANAGER - ENTRY LEVEL

Danboise Mechanical, Inc., located in Farmington, Michigan, is a full-service mechanical contractor providing Plumbing, HVAC/R and Electrical services in interior Tl, mission-critical cooling, low-rise mixed-use and K-12 construction for public and private market clients. We are looking to add an entry level Project Manager to our team.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Assist in submittal register development and maintenance

• Front-end submittal collection and distribution (product data, shop drawings)

• Closeout submittal collection and distribution (warranties, start-up, IOMs)

• Material procurement and tracking

• Assist in project schedule development, manpower loading and tracking

• Assist in change order management (pricing development, sub and vendor pricing collection)

• Participate in project and internal coordination meetings

Qualifications I Skills

• Prefer 1-2 years experience

• Working knowledge of construction drawings and technical specifications
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam

• Basic understanding of schedule development, lead/lag relationships, predecessors and successor structure

• Working knowledge of submittal processing

• Solid communication skills, both written and oral

Education / Experience

• High school course work in architecture and or construction management

• Undergraduate work building toward a degree in architecture or construction management
