About This Position

About the Role:

The Warehouse Lead collaborates with the Warehouse Manager to ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse facility in our Milwaukee location. This position is responsible for overseeing general warehouse activities, ensuring that all processes are executed with a focus on quality, safety, and teamwork. The Warehouse Lead will mentor and guide team members, fostering a positive work environment that promotes the company culture. Additionally, this role involves implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Ultimately, the Warehouse Lead is key to maintaining high standards in warehouse operations while supporting the overall goals of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in general warehouse operations; 1 year minimum.
  • Experience in a leadership role within a warehouse setting; 1 year minimum.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily picking, shipping, and receiving operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Provide performance feedback and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Identify process improvements and best practices to optimize warehouse efficiency.
  • Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration and aligns with company culture.
