Production Associate - Shift A at Salcomp Manufacturing USA – Arlington, Texas

Hourly Rate: $17 per hour, Fulltime Regular. We offer Benefits: 401(k) 3% match, HSA, Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term, Long Term, Pet Insurance, PTO based on tenure.

Schedule: Shift A, Typically Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:15 pm, 30 min auto deduct lunch break, 15 min additional break without deduction. Must be flexible and willing to work overtime on weekends as needed.

Conditions of Employment: Must pass background and drug screening, must be authorized to work in the USA.

About the Role:

As a Production Associate for our manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely production of our products. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, monitoring production processes, and performing quality checks to ensure that our products meet our high standards. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. You will work the A shift, which runs from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience operating production equipment
• Experience with quality control processes
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles

• Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and timely production

Finally, your ability to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies will be important for staying up-to-date with our evolving production methods.

Typically Monday to Friday from 8 am to 415 pm, 30 min auto-deduct lunch break, and additional separate 15 minute break without deduction. Must be able to work overtime and on weekends as needed.
