Safety and Toxicology Client Services Specialist

Frontage Laboratories Inc. is an award winning, full-service, CRO/Contract Research Organization operating over 25 state-of-the-art laboratories across the US, Canada and China. Our core competencies include drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics/ pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), safety and toxicology, bioanalytical services, chemistry and manufacturing controls for drug development, and core laboratory services for clinical trials.

Position/Job Summary:

The Client Services Specialist is responsible for generation of quotes and change orders in support of Frontage Laboratories’ US Safety and Toxicology business unit. Additionally, they will be responsible for tracking monthly milestones for revenue and invoicing purposes at the Chicago, IL site. This role will serve dual functions and report directly to the Manager, Client Services & Technical Operations for Chicago.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Quote Generation
  1. Assist in the preparation and generation of new quotes for US Safety and Toxicology.
  2. Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing and timelines.
• Milestone Tracking
  1. Work with operations to track project progress towards revenue and billing milestones.
  2. Initiate invoicing with finance once a milestone has been bet
  3. Report revenue updates to site management and finance monthly
  4. Initiate project close out for completed projects
• Other Duties
  1. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education, Experience & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher with 1-2 years’ experience in a business setting; laboratory or logistic experience preferred:

Salary: $50-60k
