Perishable Department Specialist at Hansens IGA – Bangor, Wisconsin

Position Summary

The Perishable Department Specialist is responsible for all aspects of the Perishable Department operations in all Hansen's IGA locations including their financial results. They must plan, organize, direct, and control activities and operations plus make effective and objective decisions regarding operational choices in work procedures, inventory allocations, ordering, and scheduling. The position is responsible for coordinating all product offerings, recipes and retail pricing on all Perishable Department products offered in our locations. A qualified applicant will need to be able to effectively communicate with department specialists, department managers, Store Managers and report results to management.
