We are looking for a licensed attorney with 1 - 5 years of litigation experience.

The Associate Attorney's responsibilities will include taking depositions, court appearances, drafting various motions, and oversight so that all cases move smoothly through the litigation process. S/he will be working in a fast paced, high-volume practice and will be required to do some travel. The Associate Attorney will be handling cases involving sex crimes, crimes against children, automobile negligence, and medical negligence. Prior experience prosecuting and/or handling criminal cases is preferred.

The candidate must be organized and willing to work on multiple cases of varying complexity along with the passion and desire to try cases to verdict.
